services within the context of pipeline and related facility
engineering. In recent years, Babcock Eagleton, Inc. has
enhanced its land and right-of-way capabilities with the
acquisition of Nicholson Land Services and other key personnel.
These services can be employed as part of a major pipeline
project or contracted on a stand-alone basis for a full range of
service needs.

TEPPCO
Right-of-way and permit acquisition for a 68 mile, three
pipeline system in Jefferson, Liberty, and Chambers
counties. Route included several cities and over 120 parcels
owned by individuals, estates
and trusts. Right-of-way was acquired under budget and on
schedule as a lump sum turnkey project.

Right-of-way and permit acquisition for 45 miles of
12-inch pipeline incorporating use of pipeline corridors
owned by Occidental Chemical and Houston Lighting & Power
(Reliant Energy) and private ownership.

venture formation between Occidental Chemical and Geon

Negotiations involved several major corporations as well as
four city governments and
several regulatory agencies.

pipeline system. The route traversed 131 landowners
including state lands of New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma.
The negotiations were completed under budget and without the
right of eminent domain.

Right-of-way and permit acquisition for an 82 mile CO2
pipeline system. There were 25 landowners. The negotiations
