drafting and construction management for the addition of
two truck loading bays at their El Paso terminal.

Babcock Eagleton, Inc. performed engineering, design,
drafting and construction management for the Dos Laredo's
LPG terminal and pipeline system. The terminal
consisted of storage tanks and truck loading bays for LPG.
The facility is located near Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.

construction management for the Plains St. James Terminal.
This is a grass roots storage facility with a capacity of
